I am a bioinformatics and systems biologist who specializes in epigenomics and gene expression control, and genetic and molecular networks. My research focus is the development of analytic methods for the functional characterization of cancer genomes including RNAi and CRISPR genetic dependencies, using computational methods, probability and statistics, data analysis, machine learning, and computational biology.
